Quick Start

Get your team inbox running in under 5 minutes. You'll connect your existing email provider, create your first alias, and invite a teammate.

Sign up and create your organisation — Register at rokmail.com. Your organisation is the container for all aliases, team members, and settings.

Connect your email — Go to Settings → Email Connection and either OAuth-connect Google/Microsoft in one click, or enter your SMTP/IMAP credentials manually.

Create your first alias — In Aliases, click "Create Alias" and enter a name like support. This creates a virtual inbox for support@ emails.

Invite your team — Go to Team, click "Invite Member", and enter their email. They'll receive an invite to join your organisation.

The free plan supports up to 3 users and 500 emails/month. Upgrade any time from Settings → Billing.
