The rules for using RokMail. Please read them — they're written in plain English.
By creating a RokMail account or using any part of our service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you're using RokMail on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use RokMail.
RokMail is a team inbox and email routing service. We provide:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
You are responsible for:
You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts by automated means. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You agree not to use RokMail to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.
Plans and pricing. RokMail offers a Free plan and paid plans (Starter, Growth, Business). Current pricing is always available at rokmail.com/pricing.
Payment. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Upgrades. Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. You will retain access until the end of your paid period; we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
Taxes. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.). You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
You retain ownership of all email content and data you bring into RokMail. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect the email accounts you configure in RokMail and to process the emails that flow through the service in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. This excludes scheduled maintenance (announced at least 24 hours in advance) and force majeure events. Current system status is available at our status page.
We do not guarantee specific email delivery times. IMAP IDLE connections typically deliver emails within 1–3 seconds; actual performance depends on your email provider and network conditions.
RokMail is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RokMail's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
In no event shall RokMail be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or activities that put the service or other users at risk.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
